4. Your site must be a minimum of Google PR3.

5. Sites that contain adult content, gifts, gambling, dating, or any kind of illegal activity will not be accepted.

6. Link farms with random links will not be accepted.

8. You must own your domain name. No sites being hosted on free services will be listed.
